Problems occurring after the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced without charge within the period covered by the warranty conditions as stated below:

Warranty Period

• For Model SB151, the valve body (excluding the cartridge): 1 year from date of purchase
• For Model C151 (Refill Cartridge): 30 days from date of purchase

Warranty Conditions

1. If problems occur while using this product in accordance with the instructions for use, or cautions on the label or other marks affixed to the body during the warranty period, please contact info@ivotechnologies.com. Please include in your message your Order/ Purchase number.
   
   
2. The warranty does not cover any of the following cases:

• Damage to cartridges that are expendable.
• Damage resulting from incorrect use or repair.
• Damage caused by dropping or breakage at or after the time of purchase.
• Damage or problems resulting from natural causes such as fire, earthquake, flood, storms or any other kind of natural disaster or pollution.
• Damage caused by installation on vehicles or boats.
• Absence of a valid proof of purchase (P.O.P.) showing the date of purchase.
  
  

3. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
