How to use?

1. Why do we need to switch from the filtered water to the unfiltered water?
If you always use the filtered water, it will shorten the time to replace the cartridge. Please use the filtered water for drinking or cooking, and the unfiltered water for washing the dishes. It is easy to switch between the types of water, just set the lever on the valve body to obtain water that suits your needs.

2. Can we use hot water in the unit?
Please do not run water of over 35 degrees C through the filtered water outlet, it will lower the effectiveness of the activated carbon. In addition, please do not run water of over 50 degrees C through the unfiltered water outlet under any conditions, it will result in deformation and/or malfunction of the product.

3. Can we use it for deepwell water?
IVO Water Purifier is advised for people whose water source is from the local water districts like Maynilad and Manila Waters. It can also be used for deep well, however, we cannot guarantee the life span of the filter because the quality of the water in deep well varies per area/location.
